I had one of those too but can’t remember what they were called. Those little discs would fly!

Can't seem to find a pic, but my favorite was a plastic M1. Can't remember if it shot caps or not. That would have been the late '70's.
Came with a plastic helmet, vest and a few other things

Just for some history, this cap roll and advancement mechanism owes more than a little to the pre-Civil War Maynard tape priming system.

I got a bazooka like this one for Christmas, 1964. I'll never forget my Mom's reaction when my Dad took aim with it, fired a blue rocket, and knocked over one of her prized glass miniature Christmas trees off of the mantel. He was banned from ever using my toy again.

My brother and I each had one of these. I distinctly remember that we would push sewing pins in the bullets so they'd stick out the front and then muzzle load the round before running around the house trying to shoot each other. I'm surprised neither one of us is blind.
