    An experienced trainer can spot many foopaas every day. Many , however do not have the awareness it takes to see the mistakes. And yes, I’ve made them too in my journey but in a world of instant gratification and lower standards, we should expect more, especially if they are taking money for it. It is true that pics can be taken out of context, but I can prove that is a small amount of the real issue.
