    Well, switched back to water after a half cup of Joe. Since I started watching my sodium intake and got on the water pill regimen, I probably go a bit too far to the other side sometimes. It's a learning process. For now, I'm thirsty, so, gonna drink water. I'm REALLY going to have to watch what I'm doing once I get on the Warfarin after my surgery. Will probably have to test my blood once a week for awhile.
