I'm taking Wednesday and Thursday off next week, and Friday is my regular day off. Depending on what I can get done today and Monday, I may even take off early on Tuesday. I've got like 6 hours of "employee reward" time I can use. We have a program where you can reward fellow employees that have helped you out in some way or another. We get 6 "points" that we can award and the points can be used in our employee market place (which never has anything I want), and 2 hours of paid time off that we can award every year.
