I'm with you, haven't worked out today, but planning a 7-8 mile hike tomorrow.

I did 7 miles on my bike (for cardio and legs) and then one hour of upper body workout (pull ups, chin ups, push ups etc).

Just waiting, I'm not a big eater. Wife says I eat less than any man she has ever known???

I usually eat my dessert as the pizza is cooking to safe time.

That's true, bodybuilders nap a lot.But they actually workout in between naps.

Man I like having a .40sw i dont know what anyone is talking about an ammo shortage I found 700 rounds tonight and a ton more availible

I don't know why but .40 seems to be a caliber that has stayed pretty available. Its even still in walmart most of the time. Sure can't say that for .22!

I got four boxes of 9mm today at wal Mart!! She rang up one to many! and rather than wait of a manager to come and delete it she just went and got me another box!! But she told me I can't tell anyone!! So mums the word!!
