Turned in the entrance of the complex and we (Drako and I) saw flashing lights from a car in front of my building. White flashing lights. Looks like "security" (in his Sunfire with white strobes in front and yellow boat lights in the back deck) was searching/talking to/I don't know what a car parked in front of my building. Didn't get a chance to take any pictures, showed up too late. The "detainee's" pulled away, turned around and parked while "security" drove off. VERY strange

pretty much. I've seen a guy wearing a "security" jacket before that was OCing but otherwise nothing. They've put up notices to recruit for neighborhood watch but I didn't go. I have mixed feelings on getting involved in that here
