He probably meant the booth you go into, deposit quarters and watch the movie. He just didn't want to say so.

Bet you are right. He would have to be some kind of super hero to not get stuck to the floor. :D

How's it go at Whittaker today?

    Inquiring minds want to know...

They had a compact ruger 10/22 for $225, and a regular ruger 10/22 for $200.

He didn't buy either one, as he wasn't sure how good the prices were.

MSRP for compact ruger 10/22?.... $275.

*facepalm*: when rolling your eyes in a glaring way just isn't enough.

Pretty sure he's going back up next week to get one or the other, though. Assuming they're still there.

They did have a NICE line of .50BMGs... my god, my index finger was itching the whole time! Single-shot Barrett sans scope for $3,999-
    Wish I had it. Lawdy.

Seriously.... what's the point of these threads? Is it to raise the number under your name? Is it to see how far you can push things before we lock them?

I'm going to have to write a thesis on Web Forum Psychology and the answer to the above questions is valuable research.

I have given this much thought and have reduced it to this.

Threads like this give members who wish to participate an opportunity to chat. While chatting they remain active on the board and scan other threads and comment and help when needed.
It not a cold sterile environment, it is a warm and friendly place.
Doing away with threads like these will cause said members to seek out other alternatives and thus become less active\helpful. :twocents:

I just got home from work not too long ago. On the way I stopped by Hardees and got their 2 for $2.50 sausage and egg biscuits deal with a medium hash rounds. I feel better now, plus its payday :D
