I am so sick of corporations making and using corporate political buzzwords. People are not equal, and never will be equal. Paradoxically, you often make things far less equal and more tyrannical when you try to force equity. What pseudo-science bulls*** is "bias in how pain is treated". You got a headache, take a pain pill. Got a migraine that requires an injection or cancer that requires morphine and fentanyl, nothing Advil produces will do anything for those.
