    It’s a model made for Australia from what I can find online . Low cap mags and the extended barrel. Not something you see every day.
    Australia!?!?!? They’re only allowed blow guns, boom a rangs, and bow and arrows!!! Trust me, I’m married to one. First trip to the range with wife; I had loaded extra mags. I had such sore thumbs afterwards…. I couldn’t load bullets fast enough. Deprivation of the 2nd Amendment….and on that note.

    We bought our house almost 5 years ago. It was in sad shape, but the structure was good. Flooring, roof, wall repair, painting, water heater, etc. We do still owe on it, but pay as much extra as we can.

    Thankfully, we don't have any car payments or CC debt.
    Mortgage debt isn't always bad debt.

    Proper vehicle financing can make sense.

    Credit Card debt? BAD....but.....Emergencies happen. Needs and Income do not always align.
