Morning all. Anyone used https://printscan.com to get their electronic fingerprint file for NFA submission?

Looks like they don't offer a participating location in Hendricks County. Seems they may have a UPS store that is a participating location in Hamilton County

I do see this location in Marion County

    Secure Imprint

Need to call and see if there is a reason to go through printscan if one is using secure imprint.

Not even sure what the cost is.
Called printscan. It's $65 and I called Secure Imprint and for ATF you have to go through printscan and make the appt as Secure Imprint doesn't have all the email capabilities, etc.

Sheriff was for my first can. Bought off an FFL with a paper form and wanted to make sure I didn't mess anything up. lol

Once I used the SS kiosk, I was hooked into the simplicity of that system. If your seller is not in that system, then creating an e-file might be the way to go.

When I did them myself, it was buying a couple NFA items off an individual. Was not a big deal at all. ATF sends form; buy ink, practice on a card and then do a final card. Simple and easy.
Thanks for the info! I just ordered some of the Fingerprint cards for NFA submission from ATF website. Says it could take 6-8 weeks to get them https://www.atf.gov/firearms/docs/form/fingerprint-card-instructions-and-example-fd-258

I may go with electronic, but covering my bases.

I used it last year for an SBR. It was pretty easy to use, I still have the files for the next time I go to get an NFA item.

If your fingerprints are on file with SilencerShop, but you don't use them to file (ie: you have Asz do e-file for you) you can buy paper copies of complete cards from SS and mail to ATF to go along with your e-file.

That's what I just did on one of my recent stamps.

Good to know. I ordered some paper forms from ATF now as I start to contemplate this.

Thinking I would go with Asz for my efile.

I used these cards and ink pad for an SBR I did on my own.

    Otherwise, I used SS.

Wow, that seems like a good price from what I see on gun.deals

Not sure how the gold reticle would be either. Is Eurooptic good to go?
That gold dot seems like it would wash out

Euro has the red one for a decent price as well
