It’s about a foot below the overflow, fish are very active, and they made babies in the spring.
Did all the finish grading and seeded the east side of the pond on Friday.

All the bare dirt is now seeded, and I spent most of the day dragging a sprinkler around.

That is a very nice setup, and I know that you've worked hard to make it a reality ! :wow:

It’s been a labor of love. The pond is about 15’ deep, and shouldn’t ever go dry in my lifetime.

I was raking in grass seed next to the pond, and it looked like there were torpedoes heading for me. The fish thought I was there to feed them. :hooked:

Busy day, light yard work, a few light house chores, wedding reception for the children of some good friends/old neighbors son (Watched their boys grow up, both turned out well!)

Enjoying a moderate priced 12 year old single malt then to bed. Early morning for club benchrest tournament tomorrow. 6 cards, usually well attended so will be at the range all day. Hopefully if we get rain it will be a gentle rain otherwise will be a tough day scoring.
