    Allowing this case to go forward would be opening a Pandora’s Box that SCOTUS wasn’t willing to open. It was doomed from the start.

    Not going forward isn't exactly a bed of roses either. Rather than allowing the voice to be heard every door is being slammed in the face of millions of people who are sure that the system has stolen a presidential election from them.

    I'd have been really surprised if SCOTUS allowed one state to dictate to another state how to run their elections. From the beginning I figured only voters in those states had standing to sue. But I'm not a law-talkin' guy and I could be wrong.
