I got some from The Outpost in Brazil. Small store, but packed full of stuff. May be more of a drive than what you want, but I've also got primers and powder from Morton Country Store on U.S. 36, near Greencastle.

Like he said, The Outpost in Brazil. And Gander Mountain. And Terre Haute Guns in Riley. Pretty sure Top Guns has some gun powder, too.
