    Hello INGO!

I’m wondering if you have an AR pistol with an arm brace on it and you’re pulled over by state/local law enforcement if they can enforce the new ATF rule, or is it only federal agents.

I know I could just “google” it, but I’ve seen very mixed reviews.

Lots of local agencies are in joint task forces with Feds. They will usually have the ability to enforce both state and federal law.

Only federal law enforcement officers can enforce federal laws. There are some "dual badged" officers who are TFOs with a federal agency but their enforcement ability is limited. It's highly unlikely an ATF TFO is the one pulling you over unless you're suspected of a gun shop burglary, are on federal probation for a weapons offense already and they have evidence you're violating it, etc.
