I thought that canceling anyone that did not march in lock step with our beliefs was a liberal tactic. If we boycott every company that has ever screwed up, we'll run out of companies to buy from.

Why Is Everyone Boycotting Springfield Armory?

The gun community felt betrayed by Springfield Armory's supposed deal with the IFMA. Let's look at that now that things have changed.

Respectfully nobody cares or those that do needs to be mad an everyone!

Bill Ruger made comments and 10 round suggestions at one time, S&W made everyone loose their s&$t, Tim Kennedy made people mad yet works for FN now Black Rifle the list goes on.

Republicans aren’t your friends either Reagan did away with newly manufactured class 3, Bush did away with importing of certain makes (HK 94 went up 2 grand overnight) and Trump and that whole bump stock

The Tisas copies are very nice pistols, if you can find one. Still kicking myself for not getting a stainless one when I had the chance. Not sure if the HP versions are still being made by them. The SAs are nice but I like the Tisas a bit better.

I used to run plain old wood grips on mine back when I had one about 10 years ago. I'm thinking that if I pick up one of the new ones, I'd be looking at G10 if it had any chance of being carried.

The FN ones are as clunky as a boat anchor. They absolutely ruined the design.

You’ll never go wrong with two things: Greg Cote & Mec-Gar magazines for the BHP….IMHO

Moving right along. Anyone got some favorite Hi Power grips?

I normally like the wood panels that came on them but lately I seem to put the G10 type grips on everything. A lot of companies make them and most seem comparable. VZ, LOK, Kool and Hogue come to mind. Not sure if Hogue make them for the HP though.

To be fair to Reagan, he was between a rock and a hard place. If he had vetoed the Firearms Owners Protection Act, which the Hughes Amendment was added to by Democrats as a poison pill, everyone would be up in arms about how he vetoed the Firearms Owners Protection Act.

It wouldn't have been in there at all if not for Democrats.

I haven’t looked it up. I have another one LNIB. You can google production dates but sometimes Browning dates are off a bit.

If you want to keep the grip small and thin then I like the Navidrex grips available from Brownells other than that the VZ's or Loks
