I'm going to try to go up there during the week. I did hear back from the woman that is in charge of the vendors and she sent this-

Yes, there will be vendors still open during the week of the June shoot. I would try to come early in the week thought. Towards the end we do have some that leave early to get to another show or event.

The first Saturday and Sunday it's real crowded a lot of people from the flea market. During the week mostly shooters and campers.

I hit the vendors row the first weekend and come back during the week for the woods walk a time or two.

I try to go every spring, just to walk around and look. Plus it's a nice motorcycle ride from my place. Someday I'll bring home a nice flinter, someday.

I need to rent a camper, I have a spot reserved but last time I bummed around from my dad's cabin to my brothers camper floor. Not gonna do that this year.

already practically May… this year has gone exceptionally fast for me. Atleast I have things to look forward to.

This weekend is a big women’s event at the range in friendship. I was hoping to get down there but not in the cards this year. Looks like spring shoot will be my next time to visit.

Traffic was gridlocked from 9am till 5pm yesterday throw in the state police escorting two wide loads through…… wow what a mess lol people were saying it was taking 2 hours to get into parking after hitting town

As a combat engineer in the Corps I had to do route planning. We physically drove the route, measured the radius of the curves and the like. I don't know what it is they do nowadays. Saw a double wide pulled through the square in Salem the other day.

Maybe it is time to go into business...

If you are there and get a chance, go to the silhouette range, just east of it a cva rep is putting on a fun match, free bullets and powder. Trying to get interest in modern muzzleloader match, hunting match. Wednesday might be last day of it.
