Only 1 chamber has the tell-tale shadow around the front of the cylinder. I've never fired it and I'm too old now! It comes in the classic huge S&W blue factory case, 20 round of Armscor 300 gr hollowpoint factory and 20 rounds of the legendary Underwood 700 gr hard cast dangerous game rounds.
