There is only one place to put the blame for the down grade.
That is the Federal Reserve.You can not triple money supply(M2),lend 16 trillion to banks in 3 years,and create a money system based on issued debt.It will not last.Eventually inflation destroys it.

I actually saw this live and was immediately pissed because of the simplicity and truth of it. Our situation leads one to believe that our problems are intentional, as no walking, breathing human elected to lead us could be this incompetent (or could they - )!
