It's hard to put a number on it. I really want to do very little driving and a lot of farming*, but I am still heavily invested in the company and therefore I can't just walk away, both for financial reasons and because that would be a rotten thing to do to my brothers. Right now we have 2 hired drivers, 2 driving brothers, and 3 trucks on the road. I am guessing that my time will vary as we add trucks and have to cover sick/lame/lazy days.
