Not the .gov I am concerned about. More the knowledge in general.
Engineerings & Scientiest working on this in/with DARPA are not all .gov employees. That knowledge goes with them and eventually to the highest bidder. Defense contractors may pay but so will other companies and/or nations and/or criminal elements.
