Shout out for DeSantis Holsters

I totally screwed up the belt clip on my IWB DeSantis holster. I emailed them last Friday asking what I could do to fix it. They said it would be taken care of and asked for my address. I received a new clip in the mail today. 3 minutes later it’s back to normal.
I offered to pay for the part and shipping. They informed me it was a “courtesy” and there was no charge.
Hard to find that kind of Great customer service.

I have quite a few DeSantis holsters. I've never had to contact their customer service, but it's great to know they'll stand behind their product should I ever need to!
