Didn't know where to put this so I figured I'd go fishing here... Anybody know the rules on shipping ammo? I'm thinking probably only UPS and has to be marked class C explosives? Can anybody link me to some facts?:dunno:

    Thanks!

Ammo shipped in UPS' system, in it's orginal manufacturer packaging is marked ORM-D. Other Regulated Materials.

Just stop by a customer counter and ask.

I know it's not a problem when I receive my ammo, but I don't know if you have to be a regular shipper, and thus unable to go through a customer counter.

I shipped ammo one time and I was done with that. Boxes have to be marked ORM-D, must be talken to a UPS hub for shipment, and it cost me a pretty penny per box. And they weren't that heavy. Plus I had to stand there and whistle dixie while they two dudes discussed whether it was ok to ship the ammo. Screw all that. My :twocents:
