I am trying to decide from all the various reflex red dot sights which one to buy for my mos G48. There are so many variations out here but I keep coming back to the Shield RMS-c. I am asking the most knowledgeable group I can think of (Indiana Gun Owners of course) what experience they have had with this sight or the Shield brand in general. Pros and Cons are welcome.

Regardless of if you go with RMS or RMS-C, get a GLASS LENS!!! Their polymer lenses scratch with fairy farts.

Or, do the right thing and get a Holosun 507K....its better than the Shield Sights by miles!

Plus Shield Sights customer service is CRAP!

I'd stay far away from anything for serious use but trijicon, aimpoint, or if you never use night vision, holosun.

Shield has generally been at the very bottom of the list for durability and zeroing of anything out there.

I'd go with an RMRcc if you ever plan to carry the firearm.
