Let me start out by saying, I am a very very lucky man. :rockwoot:

She never really liked my little J Frame, so when she wanted to take my new Ruger GP100 out for a spin, it kinda surprised me. I'm not gonna lie, I had reservations about letting her shoot it. It has almost no kick when loaded .38 special rounds, but she wanted to shoot some of the hot loads I have in .357 mag. And I just can't say no to her. I swear, it's gonna get me in trouble one day.

She is trying to decide what she wants to shoot first.

She took to speed loaders right away.

She may not have the best form, but at least she loves shooting. And her form got much better as the hours passed.

Not bat for her first time shooting a .357 Mag with PMC Bronze 158gr. JSP

Then she wanted to try it on handed. I bit my lip a bit, but she did a great a job, bad form, but it is a heavy gun, and I know she will do better next time.

Drawing from the side, like the awesome woman she is.

Then she wanted to try something a tad smaller. Like my Ruger SR9c

Then something a tad smaller yet. This was her first time shooting a bolt action rifle. Gotta love the Savage Mark II. And the best thing is, she can shoot it left or right handed.

I also had a bit of fun. Always wanted to duel wield Rugers

So much fun today. The sad thing is I forgot to take a picture of the best thing that happened. I took the .22 and shot a heart shape, and then made her play connect the dots. But she thought it was cute and kept that target.:woot:

She is getting better and better at shooting posture. She has made gigantic leaps since the first time I took her shooting. Practice makes perfect.

    Looks like a great time!

I think her belt is a little high for a holster, though.:D

Its good to see women take a more positive attitude to firearms and shooting. Too many of them act like sheep around a gun, and they probably have more of a need for them than most men do.

With that overcoat! You kidding me? Forget Keanu Reeves, she "is the one" much more than he would ever hope to be! Jealousy warning was much appreciated.

If you think that over coat is nice, you should see her in the one she has that goes down to her shins, then it would really look like she is the One.:rockwoot:

Heck, you should see my wife shooting. When she is squeezing a trigger, she gets an almost evil grin. She tears up the target too. I've always told her that "Chicks with guns is sexy." :naughty:

Great pics OP! Maybe one day I'll get some of my wife shooting and post up.

    You marry that woman yet?

If not, you better hurry. Someone from the board is gonna try and snatch her up.

Not me, though. I'm already married.

Glad to see your interest has taken an interest in one of yours.
