Senate District 23 Survey Results: Not Good for Constitutional Carry (Lebanon, Crawfordsville and West).

Senator Phil Boots published his survey results today. I live in district 23 and was happy to see a strong liberation trend in the responses.
What I did not like (and is decidedly NOT libertarian) is the result on the gun 'permit' question.

The question is poorly written but the results are in the wrong direction.

What do you think about how the question is worded?
