My question is this. I live in Indiana. I have a proper person that lives in Ohio and wants to buy a couple .22 rifles from me. My question is? Can this person drive from Ohio to my residence in Indiana and purchase the rifles in person from me, and then take them with him back to Ohio from my residence? I know handguns must go through a FFL, just not sure about long guns? Does Indiana law allow this? I WILL NOT violate any Indiana or ATF laws. I appreciate any legal guidance from those who know. Thanks

Out of state purchaser can acquire long guns from an FFL but not an individual. So your friend would need to come here and do a transfer through an Indiana FFL. Or you could take the rifles to Ohio and do the transfer through an Ohio FFL. You cannot do a face-to-face transfer to an out-of-state resident.
