I have the chance to purchase a LNIB Sig P245 with 2 mags, for $400, and a little more for about 250 rounds of .45 ACP ammo.

Also I have been priced a LNIB Lady Smith .38 Stainless, not sure if hammerless for $450. This comes with wood grips, and a set of Hogues.

Anybody - good deal on either, or both or no.
    thanks for the help

I think that is a good price for the SIG. I love SIGs, but have never actually seen a 245. IMHO, you can't go wrong with a SIG!

As I said in another thread, get both!

The S&W will be nice, and you will certainly get a good gun from a very good and well respected name. You can find similar .38spls for a little cheaper in the Taurus line if you don't require the S&W name.

Thanks for the input. The Sig just fell into my lap. As for a revolver I have been interested in the LCR due to lightweight for my wife and the reviews. Someone told me to wait a year on the LCR as Ruger usually has a recall. The Lady Smith I thought may just be a good deal. It would be nice to have a S&W in my collection.

Have a Taurus Model 66, so I have no problem with that.
