Sorry only Abul had a chance. If nothing else getting the Dems to vote for a white male over Abul would have been highly amusing.

I'm right around the Raceway Road area close to IRP which was nice until the Brownsburg City Council zoned all the farmland to commercially zoned areas. Now its all these damn mega distribution warehouses starting to popping up everywhere like in the Plainfield area west of the airport. I'm moving out of here to Crawsfordville or even Waveland area to get away from the politics of Marion County and people in general..
North of 300N off of Ronald Reagan the warehouses are everywhere.

The east side of Indy from East of 65/70 split from downtown to Irvington along 10th street area the neighborhoods has turned in to the "Woke Genderfied Hipster Area" not to add all the former Central State residents living area. This area used to be the hood.. But not anymore.. These Useful Idiots living there voted in a Socialist in the city council elections to run in the District 16 general. I was driving in this area not to long ago heading home and decide to drive down 10th street all the way to Raceway and it was multiple flags flying of the new basterized lgbt rainbow cult flag. It was crazy to feel I felt more at home and relaxed driving through Haughville then that area until I got home lol..

Yeah that is all the new, "Mercury Marine Distribution Center" being built which is part of the first phase of a new commercial development which will bring around 4 million square feet of space for logistics and distribution facilities to Brownsburg near the intersection of Ronald Reagan Parkway and I-74.

The 2nd phase will have 125 acres of more farm land down Ronald Reagan Parkway from 10th street to I 75 turned into a little more then One Million Square Feet of more warehouse space built..
This will be more jobs then people in the area needed to fill them. So you will see the population of the area grow with more homes and apartments for people to live who will fill these jobs for all the people coming here to fill the positions. This area will grow quite a bit. So I've decided to move..

Plus I do have some concerns we will see many more leaving the deep blue states who voted for the mess they are fleeing to come to this area to fill these jobs and bring their politics with them turning the areas from red to blue areas.. Well then again many along the southern boarder are lining up as I'm typing this will be the ones flooding the area to most likely fill the jobs anyways..

Good old Holcomb and his wanting to develop our state into a giant distribution warehouse could do more then just change the scenery of the land.

I'm sorry to tell you, but I've heard there are indeed people in Crawfordsville and Waveland. But either @KellyinAvon or @GodFearinGunTotin or even @Leadeye may know of some places down south that might fit your needs...
True lol.. But it will be more good folk like you'll here on INGO when I need to get supplies in Crawsfordville :patriot::buddies::ar15:

Somebody is making a huge real estate gamble. They will run out of workers. I wonder if many of these places will end up empty. But the leasing companies keep building more, so who am I to question? One of us is wrong.

I think it's interesting that back when manufacturing jobs were being sent out in droves, we were told "that's not the kind of jobs we want." So then we replace them with ones that pay half as much - and suddenly, we have capacity to employ "twice the people at half the wage," and cannot wait to do so.

I guess we should be glad anything is building here, but the rhetoric sure did "evolve" on this issue.

There are times I get the urge to move to Switzerland County or Crawford County

But the amount of state premption of the locals being too idiotic keeps Marion liveable..

Also from Reagan to Dan Jones on 100S, 200S...they even have all the walls up for the one that burned down last year.
That is a storage rent place of I'm correct..
I'm just waiting for them to get out to around where I live. We have several large fields out southwest of Prestwick, including a 38 acre one right behind my house.
Much of the warehouse developments in Brownsburg plus Plainfield by I-70 are because of Ronald Regan Road built 20 years ago and then a exit/entrance ramp to I-74 put in like the one put in at I-70.. Which makes it easy for trucks to access to the facilities and get around to and from the highway. It does take a large investment from the towns to have the roads built to attract the big corporations to build the warehouses. Plus Holcomb isn't helping at all getting the funding to build these also like the major Lily Development in Lebanon..

The odds are not zero that there might be traction by many republicans in the state house to try and get this through.

“In a break from his Republican colleagues at the Indianapolis City-County Council and the Indiana General Assembly, Shreve called for working with the state legislature to give Indianapolis the ability to set its own, stricter gun control laws.”
