I’ve sometimes been able to find people using Linkedin that I couldn’t find otherwise, but that only works if the person used that system for business and entered their data once upon a time.
Thought about that but doesn’t that show them who did a search for them?

Kinda glad it is hard to find people. Means it is hard to find me!

If property records don't work, and actually talking to relatives of the person is off the table, then it does get a bit harder.

I've been able to use the "free" online people finder apps to piece together enough to find addresses before. One app might get the city, another a phone number, and with that, a third gets a street address. A bit of a scavenger hunt, but no $$$$.

If you think they have a court record, then MyCase will have their address:

Thanks. Everything I keep finding (the latest anyway) is for an address that is now a vacant lot. The person does have a court record but…it references that address that’s now a vacant lot. *Sigh*
