I know that you have to follow the rules of the state that you are in as far as how to carry, but my question is if a state like Florida, that honors the Indiana LTCH, says you have to be 21 to get one of their LTCH(or permits or CCW or whatever) does that mean I could not carry in that state with my Indiana LTCH if I was under 21? :dunno:

Yes, you do have to be 21 to carry in FL as a non-res. Here is the statute:

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

Section 1. (1) Notwithstanding s.790.01, Florida Statutes, a resident of the United States who is a nonresident of Florida may carry a concealed weapon or concealed firearm while in this state if the nonresident:
    (a) Is 21 years of age or older; and
    (b) Has in his or her immediate possession a valid license to carry a concealed weapon or concealed firearm issued to the nonresident in his or her state of residence.

I got this from the FL Dept. of Ag (they issue the permits) website.
