I've had a hard time finding Federal Small pistol at a good price. My 38 special full wadcutter loads need them as my Clark Custom hammer strike is pretty light and it Clark recommends them.
I shoot a few 38 special WC autoloaders myself. If you come across S&B SP primers buy them, I have shot and loaded thousands of 148 wc infront of 3.0 or 3.2 grains of bulleye with zero ftf problems. Its a soft primer.

My last primer purchase was 20,000 primers back in 2013, I only bought 5000 SPP federals, 10K of those were match primers, but I don't see me buying them any time soon at $130 to $150 per 1000. I am switching more of my brass to small rifle brass, from Laupa and Peterson. Wish someone out there made 22-250 SR brass!

Put in my cart just to see what the total would be with shipping, HAZMAT and tax =$141.53. When I last bought a case of 5000 primers at Camp Perry it was not much more than that.

Has anyone heard of or bought from these guys?
I got a random email from them and I'm not sure if they are legitimate or fraudulent.
They seem to have a bunch of cheaper primers like Argentina and whatever ZSR is.

After 3 years I was able to pick up spp (Fiocchi) for a reasonable price at my local Sportsman's Warehouse. They limit you to two sleeves a day. What was strange is I was able to buy my limit each day because they still had them in stock.

Thanks. Not an amazing price but Winchester SPP are the only primer my old Model 10 likes and I haven't seen a brick in 3+ years. Takes a while to burn 1k rounds of .38. don't suppose you've got some Unique hidden somewhere?
