It doesn't matter much if the nuts are showing or not. Most of the time they are not showing but the M&M shape gives it away that the anatomy includes a nut. All the M&M's on the left side of the picture are male M&M's as well as the purple upside down one on the right side. No wonder Pence got confused, he isn't that bright to start with.
