Can someone make real sense of this? How can 4.3 million people cast 40 million votes?

In the immortal words of the former sec of state... "What difference does it make?" That's 12% more people than the entire population. Including all the illegals, the convicts, those too young to vote, those who didn't register to vote... You can bet that the percentage of illegals is high. VERY high, probably close to half, but it's fraud any way you slice it.
