It may have gone better for them if they'd have taken some training courses and learned not to wave guns around like they see on TV. Not saying that prosecuting them is justifiable. But certainly militant prosecutors would have a harder case to make if that couple had not been thrust into that situation having only TV as their model of how to protect yourself with firearms.

Well heck, they are Democrats, can't expect them to do research on something that tv shows them how to do. Like the internet, if it's on tv it has to be true or they wouldn't allow it!
