    It seems to me that those who have an issue with LEO's actions should actually be upset with the private citizens, who through past actions, have turned 2 guys looking at a gun into suspicious activity. There is a precedence of poor behavior and illegal activity with guns that gives rational people good reason to be suspicious...especially at a gas station. As for his gun being unholstered and not pointed at the OP...tell me you wouldn't do the same when approaching 2 strangers with a gun.
