Although I once meet a guy who was exposed to some type of chemical in the first Gulf War that permanently burned off his eye brows. (At least that's what he told me.) And he had some tattooed on. It was pretty disturbing to say the least.

Doggone it!! I'm getting ready to go to bed and I was hoping to actually sleep! That stuff is creepy! And even worse is the apparent fact that those came about as a result of a free and seemingly rational choice.

I can only hope to convince myself before I turn out the lights that there was some combination of alcohol in copious amounts, tragic genetic mishaps as a result of relationships that are illegal in most states, and triple-dog dares that led to these frightening foibles. If I can't, and have to face that fact that these were deliberate acts performed in a coherent state AND that these folks are still walking the planet unhindered, It's gonna be a looong night.

I dunno. "toe head" blondes that also includes matching eyebrows and eyelashes are pretty disturbing since they appear to have none. So I dont know which is worse... tattooed or none.

Sure you can. Women do it all the time with eyebrow pencil. Not just one solid stripe of eyebrow, but individual hairs.

These hairstrokes are tattooed on.
