Kevin and I have talked about it, just hasn't materialized yet. but it will.....pretty sureI ran into Kevin at Fort Liberty a while back. Sounds like they will try to bring it back, possibly with @AllenM involved. Hey Allen, have you heard about this??
Talked to Trevor Thursday night at Jake's match and he says yes.Kevin and I have talked about it, just hasn't materialized yet. but it will.....pretty sure
You are not the only one brother. Think of him often and really miss the guy, he was top tierI miss Coach.
I miss Coach.
Absolutely! You are not the only one brother. Think of him often and really miss the guy, he was top tier
We've been trying to run them at Riley like Coach used to. Most people that came, drove from Indy. The last few matches we had more help than shooters.
I think because of the travel and gas prices (ammo prices and prices in general) hurt the attendance of most matches.

Suggestion for the Riley matches. (if you are still doing it this way) Ditch the quick in/out scheduled flight model. Half the fun of a shooting match is the social aspect of hanging around with friends. I dont want to drive 45 minutes alone, to show up and shoot, and then turn around a go home. Too sterile for my tastes.
Is it efficient? Absolutely! But its nothing like the real thing. [in an effort not to get my hand slapped for inappropriate mature content Im replacing my comparison to um... "shaking hands with the milkman" to some "afternoon delight"] In other words, its more fun to do it with somebody else than it is to do it alone.
But if you are still doing it that way, I'm not asking for you to change just for me. I may not go out still, honestly due to the drive. But I wanted to at least toss that out in case others might feel the same way but didnt want to be the first to say anything.
