What else did Dude Night consist of, besides eating pizza off a killer Snoopy pizza stone (or plate)?
Playing in what's left of the snow, whatever games he wanted to play, & some movies until his mommy came home from work. At that moment, I was 2nd best.

@Snapdragon - who do you use for dog grooming? Local vet? We haven't had a dog in a long time. Anyone else, suggestions welcome.

Just added this guy (Jack) to our home. Supposedly 3/4 Australian Shepherd and 1/4 Australian Cattle Dog - but who knows? Almost 4 months old and about 27 pounds.

We take our Goldendoodle to a place in Valpo. It's in the same strip mall as Blythe's. Valpo is ffffffaaaaarrrrrr so it's usually a weekend trip.

    He's beautiful!

Our Chihuahua mixes don't really need grooming. Just baths and nails, and we get their nails done at the vet for $10. When we had our Shih Tzu and Pomeranian, we went to Sittin' Pretty in Merrillville just south of the mall, but they have gone out of business. They used to do free nail trims even if you did not have any other service done. I don't know much about groomers now.

That is a really cute dog.

Looks like AU Shepherd and Terrier Mix to me.

FWIW, we have 2 rescue terriers here and a purebred AU Shepherd. 1 of the terriers is a wirehair, he doesn't need to go to the groomer at all. The other Terrier needs to get haircuts. The AU Shepherd only needs an occasional brushing to keep him tidy.
