I listen to the above show, everyday, at 5:00 pm, on the Sportsman channel.

I was listening today, and Cam was talking to the new Pres., of the NRA.

He was talking about a law, in Wash. St., I believe.

He said, if you come into my "gun room", and said hey, can I see that one, and I handed it to you, I just became a felon.

Does anyone here know, or have a specific on what he is talking about ....

He is talking about the "common sense background check" I-594 law passed in Washington state in 2013. It was a Bloomberg/Gates/other billionaires-funded initiative that was sold to the public as background checks, but was actually 18 pages of restrictive anti-gun legislation.

Also, how do they enforce it ?????

Licensed gun owners mostly self-enforce. That's why we have a lower violent crime rate than even the police. Would you want to be the one to hand your gun to someone else at the range and risk jail time and permanent loss of gun rights?
