Logan Street signs and banners (in Noblesville) screen printed shirts a few years back. Not sure if they still do or not. That being said I had some done with them a while back and was very impressed. I still have the shirts and they are about 5 years old and held up well.

They provide a lot of local schools with their custom apparel/athletic gear, but they also print for businesses and individuals. They also do "Sideline Stores" which is a print on demand business, no risk in over inventory for you, or running out of sizes. They work with you on what you want pricing to be on the site, so you can bake in margin as needed.
