Newbie checking in from the north side

Good morning all, I somehow stumbled across this site while doing some early morning surfing.

I am a cop on the north side in Fishers where I have worked for the last 12 years. I am a former SWAT sniper, a current firearms instructor specializing in the patrol rifle (AR-15 platform). I currently teach our guys as well as teach at the Indiana Law Enforcement Academy.

I'm guessing that I already know a few of you from classes or other boards. Until I get a good read on the terrain here, I'll keep my mouth shut and eyes open.
