Make it an amendment eliminating the ATF entirely. That'll make them sweat.
So, a law that makes pistol braces legal, and eliminates the batfe? Won’t happen, can you say “veto?”, remember the atf is making them illegal, so vetoing the bill would keep the atf, and thus keeping braces in the same situation they’re in now.

You have to attach it to a bill the liberals would pass no matter what! Like canceling student loans, removing marijuana from government regulations, or giving money to “drag queen story hour”…things libtards would never vote against!

    That is what was suggested.

You want to send our tax dollars to Ukraine, kiss the ATF goodbye. No money for your cronies until the ATF is gone.

Attach it to some bill like sending 50 million to Ukraine or a lgbtqmnop bill or some bill to guarantee money to planned parenthood and watch the liberals heads explode
It's a Joint Resolution, not a Bill. Can't do that. It can ONLY address the agency rule it seeks to nullify under Chapter 5, Title 8, US Code, Congressional Review of Agency Rulemaking, aka the Congressional Review Act, which is the authority under which the Joint Resolution was written and introduced. Can't slide anything else into it. Resolutions and Joint Resolutions have narrow stated purposes, unlike Bills which can contain all sorts of crap.

Miller v. Garland in the Eastern District of Virginia . . .
Miller has appealed the courts denial of a Preliminary Injunction to the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals. This is an interlocutory appeal similar to what Mock v. Garland did with the 5th Circuit that resulted in a Preliminary Injunction. The appeal has just started. There's no activity yet beyond documents such as transcripts moving from the Eastern District of Virginia to the 4th Circuit Court.

Colon v. BATFE in the Middle District of Florida (FUDD Busters) . . .
Court ordered the three individual plaintiffs to provide affidavits of what they have done to attempt compliance. This is directly related to their request for a Preliminary Injunction. None of the other courts have done this. The three individual plaintiffs provided very short affidavits on Thursday, June 15th. Two claim they're covered by Preliminary Injunctions by virtue of organization membership. The third states he removed the brace. There is an "Order directing Compliance" in the Minute Entries on June 16th but no document associated with it (odd). No clue as to who is being directed to comply with what.

What’s even more pathetic than having a man so unfit for office serving as President is the fact that millions of lemmings are willing to go over the cliff with him.

Willing to trade away their natural right of self defense for the illusion of increased safety. We are watching the slow death of our Republic and it may be too late to save Her.
