There's a lot of truth in that article.

For me personally, whenever it was that there were a bunch of race on cable only, I was out. I started watching the season, but lost interest completely when I couldn't watch the rest of the season. That was probably the mid 2000s. I get it, most people have cable (or the equivalent), but not me. I never went back.

I've watched bits and pieces of a few races since then, but I used to really enjoy it. Nothing that has happened since then has compelled me to return as a real fan.

Switched on the race and its actually entertaining.

Chastain hit Hamlin so Hamlin has been running around trying to hit him back.

Then Stenhouse spun out Bubba, now Hamlin is running around try to spin out Stenhouse.

Just waiting for some to shove that taint licker Hamlin into the wall.

On a side note. The race is sold out. Kinda weird to see the stands have people in them for a change.

On a second side note, Kenny Wallace in the booth today. I always liked Kenny. He's kind of goofy, but seems like a good guy.

I know the Mayfield family and they have their share of problems like most of us do. After hearing more of the story I'm not sure about his guilt but it sure looks like NASCAR is guilty of something.

Well they have already abandoned their old fan base. And if they just stay quiet, all of the new sponsors will disappear will all of that $$.

    What choice do they have?
