lol. You can make fun of me all you want, but there isnt another actor alive that has the range Brad Pitt has. He can be a Gypsy bare knuckle boxing champ one day, and a LEO searching for a serial killer the next. And every part he plays is believable, and he does an excellent job.

I might have a man crush, but I am not afraid to admit it.

    Johny Depp...dudes got talent.

Doesn't he always pretty much play the same character? He has for the past 10 years or so, hasn't he?

I don't see many movies so I could be wrong about this.
Johnny Depp is my wife'f favorite actor, so I normally see all of his movies. He does switch up his characters a little, but it is nothing like Brad Pitt does. IMO the boldest he ever got was in "Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas", or in real life when he adopted the British accent.

"Fear and Loathing" is an amazing movie, and he is a great actor. He is also one of my favorite actors, I just dont see anyone else out there that can play such different characters like Brad Pitt does.

Hmmm....just google Johnny Depp and look at the array of different characters he has done in his career...you have just about every type of acting there is.

Now look at Brad Pitt....always tough...fighting....guns.....semi comedy, alot of the same.
Meet Joe Black was a great movie but it didn't really take alot of acting on his part.

Just my opinion but Depp has done it all, i like both but....Johnny is the man in my book.

Cpl Klinger why all the lame sci fi? How can u watch that garbage?

All that lame sci-fi? On my list I only see

    Tron Legacy
    Prometheus
    Terminator
    Escape from New York/LA

4/17. 23% of my list. Maybe if you got out a little more and had a bit more of an open mind, maybe you could have a broader appreciation of multiple kinds of cinema? I'm not particularly a fan of westerns, but I haven't denigrated anyone else in the thread for what they like. I truly see the value of them as "guy movies." Hell, I might even watch a few to try it out. But then again, I can follow your lead....
