Employers need bankrupted over this. If they choose fascism over freedom, burn it all down and start over.
Well that's a Catch 22 isn't it? Employer bankrupted, former employee still out of a job. Unless they get some kind of huge settlement (unlikely if the employer declares bankruptcy), then they're out of a job and the employer is well... bankrupt.
