M14 Flash supresser vs. Muzzle brake

Numrich has a GI flash supressor with bayonet lug (48.00)and a GI muzzle brake w/o bayonet lug(28.00).
I'm leaning towards the GI flash supressor. Any opinions? Wanted to add pictures but don't know how.

I would go with the FH.... even the USGI type MBs are obnoxious!!! I switched the SAInc. MB to a USGI FH on my Scout and what a difference in decible reduction.....

Pick 'em both up for the novelty/ collector aspect.....
