    ICANN can't cut off the Internet. They control the assignment of top level domains. If they didn't release any more of them, the Internet would continue to function without a hitch.

    ICANN can't cut off the Internet. They control the assignment of top level domains. If they didn't release any more of them, the Internet would continue to function without a hitch.
    I doubt it will be anything as drastic as flipping a switch, and shutting the internet down, but as always incremental steps will be taken to restrict freedom of speech, and nudge globalist agendas forward.

    And all the isolationist should be happy about this. Why should one country control TLDs?
