Looking for land to buy South of Indy

Looking for land outside of Marion County.

I'm looking to either buy land to build on or buy land with house.
Here are my specific wants.
Morgan, Johnson, Shelby, Hancock county.
minimum of 3 acres. Max is what ever I can afford.
Should be no more than 35 minutes to downtown Indy. (if it's slightly farther, but the deal is really good might consider.)
Interested in making a hobby farm.
Natural water source and a place to shoot firearms would be nice, but not necessary.
Most I'm looking to spend is 50k

If property comes with house then here are the list of wants for the building.
3-4 bedrooms.
More than one bathroom.
Decent size kitchen. 12x12 minimum.
With house max to spend is $150k

Not sure what you'll find out in the sticks for $50K but MIBOR might help.

At that budget, you can find something remote.. and decent. You need to sit a search the interwebz. We've learned there are many sources for available property..

I saw a few plots in your price range down around brown county about a month ago. It's a lot further than 35 minutes to downtown though. Mibor is a good resource. Over the past year there have multiple plots up for sale in Northeast Morgan County for around 60 grand. Johnson county will be more expensive.
