Which stock is that? To be honest I've never even considered changing out the stock on a rifle before.Fine shooters for sure, but the factory stock felt flimsier than a BB gun. Boyd’s made it great.

Oh nice.I was called the “Boyd’s Tacticool” stock when I bought it. I think this is the current version:
Boyds Pro Varmint Rifle Stock Savage 93E MKII Bull Barrel Channel
Boyds stocks are engineered to perfectly fit the gun. They’re tight where they need to be tight, loose where they need to be loose for superior...www.midwayusa.com
I picked up a CZ 427 American a few years ago and had AllenM cut it to 16.5" & thread it. I just ordered a new factory threaded CZ 457 Scout black laminate for my 6 yo daughter. I mean it, it's for my daughter, I swear. The Rugers are fine, the CZs are FINE.
My 455 is OK, but I fail to see why so many get wound up over em. Solid, just nothing fancy.
But then the plastic mag on my 541 T HB was so annoying i dumped that rifle.
The plastic mag on the 455 is better. Actually not of any concern. The small bolt handle of the Rem 541 was blah too
Kinda like Anschutz the best, and not even the upper end. But honesty says I dont shoot enough to justify such a purchase. If i was a gung ho squirrel killer yeah.
