As the title says. Looking for a good Honda mechanic in Indy, Greenwood, Franklin area. I have a 95 Honda Civic LX that needs some work. Replaced radiator and water pump this year but still losing fluid somewhere. Not on the ground and don't see anything coming out the tailpipe. Windows aren't fogging up (heater core). Also, the car is idling rough and will stall when I come to a stop when car is at operating temperature (fuel injector?)

I would, in the past, take it to Indy Honda. They do good work, but I don't want to pay a arm and leg for this. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Have you checked the oil level (if its high and water in it )
you could have cracked head or block.

Most of the time you don't get water in the oil, but you need to check and make sure because anifreeze can ruin the engine bearings.

He is located just north of Raymond street on the corner of Keystone and LeGrande.

to look it up on mapquest .....

That was certainly my first thought (still is). Checked the oil level and it is fine (changed every 2000 miles) and it doesn't look milky.

If he is too busy another good shop is Apex, they are in Beech Grove.

317-782-4481 Talk to Kent or Pat.

Apex Vehicle Maintenance, Inc. They are top notch.

Talk to both of them and pick the shop that you feel most comfortable with.

They are both really good guys and delt with both of them when I had my Tranmission shop.
